Nitto Tire’s Auto Enthusiast Day
Nitto Tire hosted their second Auto Enthusiast Day this past weekend at Angel Stadium in Anahiem, California. A few Formula DRIFT drivers came out to put on drift demos for the spectators to promote Formula DRIFT’s closing event in October. I unfortunately woke up late like I always do and missed out on all of the drifting. Aside from the drifting, there was also a car show held, which is what I am covering here.
Items being raffled and handed out to spectators.
I unfortunately was unable to get photos of all the drift cars because there were so many people surrounding them.
A’PEXi’s RX-7 that was driven by Youichi Imamura in D1GP. This thing needs to be put in a museum.
A bunch of RWB modeled Porsches came out. Here is one from [Hoonigan].
And another from the fatlace/illest crew.
WOOOH!
LTMW’s Liberty Walk GTR. I have been wanting to see this in a long time.
Line up of Godzillas.
My buddy Casey’s shakotan styled Cressida.
My favorite Corolla out there.
The boys of royalorigin were in attendance.
86FEST and MotorMavens brought out these 86s.
They also brought out the MX73 Cressida wagon. Not too many of these riding around here.
Clean interior.
My friend Steve’s Corolla. Love the way he styled it.
VIP Prius’ for airruner systems.
Probably the only domestic I took a photo of at the show. Deville from DSTROYR.
Mike Vo’s Aristo in another color… No, it’s not paint.
Robert, staycrushing’s, FRS with his new setup.
My buddy Freddie’s TC. My favorite TC out there.
RX7’s are hard out find out here. Hopefully they aren’t going extinct.
Arizona theme’d LS400.
I’ve seen this at a few meets and I think it’s the cleanest Corolla out there.
Right hand drive Datsun 510.
